Theirs a new project I'm gearing up for that you all can be a part of. Think "Stuffer" but bigger. Way bigger.... Stay tuned

ki ha seguito 1 po' tt i suoi ultimi post, riguardo questo nuovo progetto, sa ke si riferì a questa cosa, dicendo "spero possiate partecipare...pensate a Stuffer, ma in grande"...
quindi credevo potesse essere qualcosa d suo, d nuovo...
ora, scrivendo DAYS, in grande (ke potrebbe benissimo sottolineare ke mancano solo poki giorni al grande annuncio), c'è ki la collega a Giorni della nostra vita.
in +, ho avuto 1 messaggio in cui si parla della nostra amata soap, e se mi è piaciuta quella, amerò il progetto nuovo (visibile dappertutto)....
QUINDI, mi kiedo IO.....sarà davvero Giorni della nosta vita?? 1 altra soap??
mah..vedremo.....

Oggi Jake doveva annunciare il tutto, ma x problemi tecninci nn può....
Fortuna vuole ke i fan siano fantastici, e ke sia lui (su kickstarter ha modificato la sua biografia a riguardo) ke la Camisade company si siano sgamati (lol), xkè hanno menzionato un film, ke sarebbe il primo progetto a movie della compagnia....
Lui ha + volte ripetuto ke se c è piaciuto il suo ruolo in ATWT, ameremo questo.....e dal plot si capisce xkè

un film è sempre un film...e mi piace ke interpreti cmq (a quanto sembra, x ora) un personaggio gay, cm Van XD
cioè mi piace + la coincidenza cn Van, ke cn Noah XD

E' anke stato lanciato su Kickstarter ovviemente....c vogliono MOLTI soldi, ma spero ce la facciano entro il 10 maggio.

THE REVIVAL SYNOPSIS

THE REVIVAL is a feature length film written and directed by Samuel Brett Williams.

The story follows Eli, a southern baptist preacher in Hot Springs, Arkansas. His congregation is dwindling because of a nearby megachurch. With hopes of inspiring his flock and fulfilling his father's legacy, a revival is planned.

Tired and hungry, Daniel wanders into the weekly potluck at Eli's church. They are immediately drawn to one another and events are set in motion that will alter their lives forever.

As they begin to fall in love it becomes clear that someone has been watching them, and their secret life is no longer safe. This forces Eli to choose between his love for Daniel and his love for God, his church, and his family. THE REVIVAL is a story that asks -- how far will you go for the things you believe in?

Hello Hello, everyone. Wanted to drop a line to those who have generously supported The Revival - The Movie project. In this business things progress slowly but we have had exciting developments. Firstly although we did not reach our initial goal, we are regardless thinking bigger as we have joined forces with two producers with great experience under their belts. This means a greater budget and greater potential to share this story. And bigger cast announcements... We are now looking at a summer date to begin shooting BUT in the meantime we have been busy bring DERBY DAY back to the stage. This time in LA at the ELEPHANT Theatre company!! We begin rehearsal in two weeks and we open Feb 22nd! Sorry for the long radio silence, you know I love to actually have something to announce!

UPDATE ON THE REVIVAL from Jake Silbermann:

Hello Hello,
I wanted to write to you to let you know what stage of pre production "The Revival" is currently in. I am not one to write without specific news and unfortunately there has been little worthy of reporting to you since we received your support. But you deserve an update.
Let me begin by thanking you for your support.
In 2013 we began the campaign to raise money for the production of the feature length film "The Revival" based on the play by Samuel Brett Williams of same name. With your help we raised over 28k. The plan was to combine it with cash we already had and the funds of another producer to make the film as soon as possible.
Unfortunately the other producer had to drop out. It happens, part of the business. We replaced them with another producer under the agreement that we make casting changes. Compromises are one of the staples of making a film, another part of the business. We agreed and began the casting process. We approached several excellent and well know actors who committed to the production. Then we began coordinating their dense schedules.
After the decision that we would require a greater budget, we brought an additional producer and so another producer came on board. And then another dropped out for personal reasons. An actor dropped out, another one came on board.
Filmmaking can be, and often is a slow, tedious, frustrating process. It can take years. But, if you don't cut corners and don't compromise the ideals of the story behind it all, you can finish with a film that you can be proud of.
"The Revival" will be made and you contribution to it will not be forgotten or taken for granted. You gave to this project because you believed in it. or at the very least believed in our passion. Well our passion has not waned.
We do not have a timetable on when we will begin production of "The Revival" as we are in a holding pattern waiting for certain actors schedules to free up. In the meantime We are pursuing other projects that will lend greater esteem to the Camisade company. We will be making some exciting announcements very soon.

"I have been so absent from here but it is for an exceptionally good reason. I want to announce that The Revival - The Movie is happening and that we will begin principle photography this DECEMBER in Arkansas!! I also have another announcement that I am very keen on sharing. Soon..."
